Payment

We accept either PayPal or debit/credit card payment. You can also pay independently using PayPal as a 'guest' with a debit/credit card.


Delivery

UK

Please ensure that if you're not going to be in to receive your delivery, you let us know of your preferred safe place, i.e. 'Leave in porch', or preferably to leave with a neighbour who you know will be in. There's a dedicated field during the Checkout process for you to do this.


Please note that if you're not there to receive delivery, EquiNatural can not accept responsibility for any loss.


For UK mainland orders, while we always aim for 'next day', please allow 1 – 3 working days for your delivery to arrive. Occasionally, delays may occur which are beyond our control - we're pleased to say these are rare, but they can happen. Please let us know if your item has not been received within 5 working days and we will do our best to investigate for you.


Please also note that as per the Cancellation Policy below, the claims period is 14-days. If there's a problem with your delivery you must contact us within 14-days of the delivery date in order for us to investigate, so we can either replace your order or refund you.


International Deliveries

We can ship anywhere bar Australia (sorry Australia, but your customs imports don't like plant food!). Please contact us for a delivery quote.


Delivery Charges

We never hide or build delivery charges into the cost of our products, nor do we make any profit from delivery charges; in fact, we subsidise our UK shipping costs to you. When/if we ship overseas, the delivery charges are always charged at cost, so again there's no profit to us.


Monthly Subscriptions

Payment Terms

By joining our monthly subscription plan, you agree to the subscription fee outlined at the time of your purchase. This fee will be automatically billed each month on the same day you signed up. If your subscription starts on a day that doesn’t occur in the following month, we’ll charge your payment method on the last day of that month.


If there’s an issue processing your payment, your subscription may be paused or canceled, but don’t worry, we’ll let you know so you can sort it out. You’ll still be responsible for any unpaid amounts, and we may need to take steps to collect any outstanding balances.


Automatic Monthly Renewal

Your subscription will renew automatically every month unless you decide to cancel before the current billing period ends. By subscribing, you give us permission to charge your payment method for the monthly fee at the start of each new term.

If you ever need to cancel, just log into your account and follow the simple cancellation steps. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged again. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for partial months or unused services.


Non-Refundable Fees

All subscription fees are non-refundable. If there are any extra fees related to your subscription, like shipping or taxes, these are also non-refundable.


Restrictions on Use

Our subscription service and all the content we provide are for your personal use only. Please don’t resell, redistribute, or use our products for commercial purposes. Any reverse-engineering, sublicensing, or other unauthorized use of our products is strictly prohibited.


Termination of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the steps in your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for the remaining days of the billing period when you cancel.


We also reserve the right to end your subscription and access to our services if you violate any of our terms. If this happens, you won’t be eligible for a refund of any amounts already paid.


Display and Acceptance of Terms

You can find these Terms and Conditions on our website at any time through a link in the site footer. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. During the registration process, you’ll be asked to confirm your acceptance by checking an "I Agree" checkbox.


Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the subscription service after any changes means you accept the new terms.


Return, Refund or Replace Policy

  • If your order is damaged on arrival, please let us know immediately, with photographic evidence, so we can arrange return of the item and either refund or replace.
  • Looking to return an unopened bag? No problem, and no time limits either. Simply send it back to us at Unit 4 Rookery Farm, Radstock BA3 4UL, and we'll either refund or swap it for you.


Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days (the cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after you receive the goods).


  • If you wish to cancel your order please advise us by email within the 14-day cancellation period. We will acknowledge your wish to cancel your order by return.


  • Orders cancelled outside the 14-day cancellation period are at the discretion of EquiNatural.


  • Your order must be returned to us within 14-days after advising us of your wish to cancel. Unless you are returning the goods to us because they are faulty or damaged, any costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.


  • Once the returned goods are received by us, we will refund your order costs in full (excluding the return costs, unless you are returning the goods to us because they are faulty or damaged), within 14-days of receipt by us. We may make a deduction from your reimbursement due to loss of value of the goods, i.e. if they have been damaged or unnecessarily handled beyond what is considered reasonable.


Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, please advise us in writing by email.


What information we’ll need

  • A clear, detailed description of what the complaint is about,
  • Copies of any correspondence related to the complaint.


We aim to respond to complaints within 2 working days. If we can’t reply within this time, we will let you know and advise when you can expect a reply.


When a complaint has been received, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your complaint immediately,
  • Fully investigate the complaint and respond within 2 working days.


All complaints will be kept on file.


Recall Policy

To date, we're very relieved to say that since our very first order back in 2007, we've not yet had to recall any of our stock. However, in the event that this should happen and we're advised by our suppliers that a food safety issue has arisen, we will aim to facilitate an efficient, rapid identification and removal of unsafe ingredients from our stock and inform our customers immediately.


Recall Procedure

  • If the decision is taken to initiate a Recall we will notify all customers by email who have received our products containing the recalled ingredients.


  • We will ask all customers to either destroy the product or advise that we will arrange for our couriers to collect from them.


  • If affected stock is returned to us, we will follow the supplier’s instructions as to either store/return or destroy the product.


  • Replacement or a refund will be effected immediately to the customer.


Refer a Friend - Key Conditions


For the Referrer (yourself)

  • Both you and your friend must make a minimum order of £30.00 to qualify.
  • You'll receive 5% off your next order for each friend who makes a first-time purchase.
  • To qualify, you must be an existing EquiNatural customer, and your friend must meet the criteria below.
  • We’ll send you a confirmation email once your friend’s purchase is complete.
  • Your unique 5% discount code for you to use will be issued two weeks after your friend’s purchase, provided their order isn’t cancelled.
  • You can earn up to 10 friend discounts per year through this offer!
  • Note: The Refer a Friend discount can’t be combined with other offers in a single order.
  • EquiNatural reserves the right to adjust or revoke any discount if needed.


For Your Friend (the 'Referred')

  • Your friend’s discount is exclusively for your friend’s one-off use, offering them 5% off their first EquiNatural order.
  • They must be a new EquiNatural customer to qualify.
  • This offer can’t be combined with other offers, and will be revoked if the initial order is refunded.

When you make an order on the Site your order will be subject to acceptance in accordance with this Terms & Conditions. We will send you an automated email confirming receipt of your order, unless you have provided an invalid email address or there is error in our server. Please note that the confirmation email is not a contract confirmation or order acceptance from us. A contract between you and us for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been processed and dispatched.


We take payment online in a secure environment, currently using third party payment service provider(s) to process all online transactions.


We will deliver products in accordance with your order. We make every effort to deliver the products within the expected timetable, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to products supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes and other industrial disputes).


If you have notified us of a problem with the products, we will either replace or repair any products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products. In any cases, we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we may make under these conditions.


This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.


Intellectual Property, Design & Reproduction

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and intellectual property rights in all materials (including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials) and the contents of these pages and in respect of any products that you purchase, shall remain at all times in our ownership or in our licensors.


You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained on the Site is available for your non-commercial use with the sole purpose of assisting you to gain information in order to place an order with us.
