Overview
Our organic Barleygrass plants are grown slowly in pristine, unpolluted areas. Harvested when the young leaves are at their most nutritionally rich and fertile phase, the leaves are then cleaned, dried, and milled into a fine powder.
This careful timing is key - it’s when the plant’s living enzymes, chlorophyll, and antioxidants are most active. The result is a functional food of exceptional purity and potency - nature’s finest for digestion, detoxification, and vitality.
Exceptional nutrition
Barleygrass is naturally abundant in:
- Chlorophyll, known as nature’s cleanser, to support detoxification and healthy blood pH.
- Antioxidants and enzymes that defend against oxidative stress and cellular fatigue.
- Essential vitamins and minerals(A, B, C, E, iron, magnesium, selenium, calcium, potassium).
- GABA and amino acids that promote calm focus and neuromuscular steadiness.
Together, these compounds help to restore natural balance — fueling energy quietly behind the scenes.
Clinical insight
Barleygrass offers broad-spectrum nutritional support - a gentle alkaliser, cellular detoxifier, and metabolic nourisher. Particularly beneficial for horses managing insulin resistance, Cushing’s, or stress-related fatigue, it replenishes at a deep cellular level, delivering restorative, bioavailable vitality without overstimulation.
It’s green nourishment in its purest form: quiet strength, daily renewal, and visible wellbeing, from the inside out.
